The schedule and breakdown for this package is as follows:

Prenatal Birth Plan Meeting (30–36 weeks) - An in-home visit to create your personalized birth plan, explore comfort measures, birth positions, resources and emotional preparation for labor and delivery.

Labor & Birth Support - Continuous physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic support throughout your birthing day and immediate postpartum period.

Postpartum Visit - A tender in home visit after baby arrives - offering hands on help, infant education, guidance for the mother during physical and mental transitions and an optional deeply restorative Head to Heart Upper Body Scalp Massage to help you land softly in this new chapter of your life. The postpartum period is the most depleted energetic time in a female’s life and I am aware of the intensity this can foster.

Ongoing Communication - Text and phone support daily from 9am–7pm until 36 weeks, and 24-hour availability from 36 weeks until birth and 8 weeks postpartum.
Investment & Booking
$625 deposit reserves your due date and schedules your prenatal visit.
The remaining amount is due at your prenatal appointment.
Paid in full is always appreciated.
Travel fee will apply if over 45 minutes away.

Womb to World Doula Package — $1,500
The schedule and breakdown for this package is as follows:

Prenatal Preparation and Relaxation (15-30 weeks) - An in home visit to prepare your mind, body and soul for contractions, labor and delivery — sessions designed to help mothers connect with the wisdom of their bodies through mindful movement, conscious breathwork, and the sacred space to build a real relationship with your doula. Each appointment weaves together gentle yoga, the rebozo, the birth sling, and closes with Melissa’s custom Head to Heart Upper Body & Scalp Massage.
