From your head down to your heart, this upper body massage experience combines energy healing and multiple touch modalities to guide you from chaos to clarity.
Designed to help the body shift out of stress and into rest, this session works with your Central Nervous System through slow intentional touch, that signals your body it is safe to soften. 
Fully supported on a massage table with a weighted blanket, essential oils, and a curated playlist, you arrive and simply receive.
Imagine your scalp being massaged, your hair being played with, your neck being rubbed and your head being held with care. This work moves deliberately through the scalp and its underlying fascia, face, ears, neck and vagus nerve, then continues into the shoulders, arms, hands, and feet.
Each stroke chosen to coax deeply stored tension, pain, and fatigue from the muscles and tissues. Acupressure points along the head and ears are tenderly activated to awaken your parasympathetic nervous system, your bodies built in rest response, while hair play and hair pulling weave in a rich, full spectrum sensory experience that grounds you completely into the present moment.
The session closes with a crystal bowl sound bath washing over your whole body as vibrational tones carry you into stillness.
